What's New At Joe's Place

Lake Level and Park Availability

August 20, 2008 -- We've had numerous calls regarding the lake level since we've had the rains so here's the update. Current reading is 13.15 feet below spillway. Word is the Bandera area got 5-7 inches of rain, so we will be monitoring to see if the level changes.

Still spaces available for Labor Day Weekend...just 'cause school's starting, don't get so harried you forget to make plans for that last summer hurrah...LABOR DAY!

Also, any of you Winter Texans who are making plans to head this way, check out our website for the RV sites and give us a call if you have any questions. We're small but cozy and near lots to do over the winter months in a warmer climate. C'ya soon!

Summer Update

July 30, 2008 -- Summer is in full swing and we are having a great time. Lake level is currently at 12.11 feet below spillway, so we are good. Still plenty of ramp left for launching, swim rope is in place, and we are filling up most weekends. To assure your favorite site for fun is available to you, call in advance to book your reservation at Metro Line 830/612-3775. We are already taking reservations for Labor Day Weekend, so don't miss out!
